Design and Analysis of Experiments (STAT425) presents the principles of statistical design and analysis for comparative scientific studies. STAT425 gives you a firm understanding of the philosophical basis and principles of experimental design. In addition, STAT425 presents the different available designs together with their assumptions, construction, and analysis. Lectures, small group discussions and experiments are the delivery methods of STAT425. By the end of the semester you will be able to design or identify basic designs, perform the suitable statistical analysis and draw correct conclusions.
